I came in for my first free oil change and asked the service man to have the techs check my back passenger bumper area for the loose nuts that had fallen off my passenger side luggage rack. They had my car for 4 hours and were unable to find the loose nuts. I was a little confused on why the techs were unable to find the nuts since I purchased the vehicle at Valley Hi Toyota. However, the customer service rep recommended that I take the vehicle to the Kia dealer
