The service adviser was concise and clear about the problem with my car and what they were doing to try to fix it. They weren't able to solve the problemthey couldn't replicate itand didn't charge me for their labor.
They got me in and out fast. The place was clean
Waiting time too long but I was out of state and is the only dealer in Victorville and they get too busy I understand that 2 hours waiting for a oil change I got frustrated but after they gave me a 15.00 dollars discount I felt better thank you very much everyone in the Valley Hi Toyota for take care of my car

Everyone was awesome. Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. In and out in an hour and a half.

Had a problem with the oil pressure light coming on. During my maintenance they thought maybe it was a computer chip? They replace it but I didn't even get back home and the light kept coming on so I took it right back. They took their time with it and found that the oil pump went bad. It was still under warranty and they offered me a rental. It took about 2 1/2 weeks as it was a big job. no problems with it now.
