I was happy with the service provided and the way they alerted me of when my car is ready. I appreciated the car wash from the outside and Uber assistance. One thing that makes this review fall short is when I went to pick up my car, the lady at the cashier didn't even bother to say hi, I just walk up and she says "name", I said excuse me? She said "name" again. She seemed very bothered to deal with me and that was something I really did not appreciate. This event made it a 3 star event.

Service was good. I only wish Valley Hi Toyota would restock their snack bar, since I was there for three hours getting my vehicle serviced, as well as them accepting APPLE PAY as a form of payment option.

I dislike going to any dealership. It is a forever rip off. While this gets 3 stars, its because the actual customer service rep was great. However, the ridiculous way that the dealership wanted $700 to remove and replace a $60 part that my fiancee did in less than an hour and a half is borderline criminal. I wont buy another Toyota.
Great service, I like how they use Uber to drop you off home after you drop off the car, though I gotta pay to come back to the dealership but I understand it's just an extra step for them that I appreciate.
