I have 100% coverage with 0 deductible and yet your company still charges me $30 each month for a machine that’s cover 100% only because you are billing it as a office visit. In which case it should because it is not an office visit since I don’t go to the office every month. I must say the place is nice and clean but they sure like to make money off people.
Your front office staff is very abrupt and rude and also not very knowledgable and very unapologetic about their ignorance. Once you get past them it's a great experience but i wonder how many oeople are put off by the first impression and don't come back or refer you. The facility was dingy and uncomfortable. The staff was good but the atmosphere was terrible.
Waited over 30mins for them to find out if I had a co-pay or not? And less than 3 minutes to get instruction on how to use the system. The lady at the front desk really was not very friendly at all?
