Almost $200 for a 20 minute consult. Will be another $300 for tests and results. I wasn’t told about tue consult fee when i made the appointment. Felt like i was just another person they were shuffling through. Not impressed nor will i be using them

In the initial appointment we can only quote for the consultation since the reminder of the services will depend on whats discussed and agreed on in the consultation. We do give all our patients access to the Patient portal with all the estimated benefits quoted by the insurance. She woke up right after the tech put on all the wires, patches & the nose tubes so she freaked out & wouldn’t fall back asleep.

Very overpriced the staff there is very uninformed. I would recommend using any other place but this place the one that I went to was at Arrowhead. Don't waste your time.

When ask to use your bathroom . I was told to use the one in the lobby. Plus it is not the cleaneast facility.

Hi Wardson, thank you for your review. Here in our Glendale office we are part of the Arrowhead Orchards Medical Center which is a facility that has multiple medical practices. We will inform property management about ensuring the restrooms are clean. This is unusual as I have seen they do take care of their property. My experience was satisfactory, thank you. When something came loose or disconnected, staff was in quickly to remedy the situation. I think it could have been made more clear when arriving, which doors would be locked and which entrance to use. A sign or something.

Your ability to accommodate my needs as a patient/customer were handled very poorly and somewhat unprofessional. I was under the impression that as a medical professional you have taken an oath to put the needs of the patient before your own. I understand that you are trying to run a business but not being able to care for the customer and not showing a bit of compassion towards me is just unacceptable.
Bad mattress. Uncomfortable setting. Can’t sleep in a normal position. Have sleep in an abnormal (for me) cycle. Nice technicians though.
