Charge what I was told I would be charged , was supposed to have ears cleaned but they were not and shes still not cured from ear infection after 2 visits ,I will take her to Dr Wolf
I have very mixed feelings about this place. When I brought my cat in and she was sick with a bad abcess, they got her in right away, took great care of her, probably saved her life. When I was late to my appointment cause I couldn't lift my injured Great Dane into my vehicle they refused to see her and instead said it would be 2 weeks til the next opening. RecommendedI called to make an appointment after my usual vet wouldnt call me back. After deciding it was serious, they worked Rusty in very quickly. At the vets office, they took another set of xrays because the usual vet didnt send the ones they took with his records. Even though the results were not good, the people we saw at Valley were upfront, honest, and compassionate. If only all vets were that way.
be clear and find solutions ,work as a team to possibly see something another does not I'd prefer a holistic approach not toxifying and putting a band aid on something
Valley Vet clinic is expensive and they always suggest treatments to run up the price. For instance they want to change the frequency of meds that last a year to six months. They also are still making pet owners stay outside when other clinics are not.
RecommendedI need everyone’s help to circulate this and warn others. The past 24 hours have been incredibly worrying. My 7 month old puppy Buster had to be taken to the pet emergency hospital last night bc he started hyper salivating, whining and walking around in severe pain. After extensive testing through the night and morning, two baby bottles full of undigested treats, two weeks worth, were pulled out of his stomach. Wrongful death! Vet. Prescribed MELOXIDIL for osteoarthritis, I was never cautioned about possible harmful side effects. Our little boy died after 2 months of use! MELOXIDIL is poison!!!!! Seriously Negligent!
The older male vet was very rude & no signs of compassion. my friend took her cat there & he was very rough in handling the poor sick cat. the cat was obviously in pain but he didn't care. i DEFINATELY will not recommend this place. 😠 my friend has been so upset at the rudeness & the treatment of her beloved cat
