Took my puppy, Mia, in to get her first shots at valley yesterday. The experience was great! Mia loved it there. She was calm and didn't feel the need to be scared. We also got a free puppy pack that included a whole bag a free science diet puppy chow!! Very pleased with my experience :)

They saved my cats life. Wen u bottle feed a kitten they r like ur own. Valley did more than they should hav even with my buget. Sweetheart is alive and well because of the great staff helping me through it all

These people went far and beyond in their care of my little one when she ate something she wasn't supposed to and was in a severely lethargic state. The staff was friendly and very accommodating concerning an emergency. The receptionist started entering our info even before we sat down to do the paper work. They sent someone pretty quickly to check to see if she was in critical condition. The vet was nice and they are very flexible concerning the mode of care.
