Our visit this morning was the worst I’ve ever experienced in 43 years of owning pets! I couldn’t believe the disrespect and constant badgering I received for my choices about my dog. It continued even after I asked them to stop and made my way out to the receptionist, unbelievable.
My sister had just put one of her dogs down due to illnesses on Monday. She had just gotten out of the hospital herself after three days. Then this dog didn’t seem too well so we took her to Valley Vet. We were so pleased with the Dr. and her assistants. The way we were treated and more so the gentleness of the treatment of her dog. Valley Vet makes us feel like family. They are excited to see you and love their patients as much as we do!! Dr. Fraser is always incredible. So gentle and sweet. Makes us feel like she is truly happy to see us. I would recommend Valley Vet and Dr Fraser to everyone who loves their fur babies!!
