We were in the market to sell our home back in 2018. We knew Sunny from our mutual friends and we contacted him with our proposal to sell our home in Pleasanton. Sunny was professional and courteous from the get-go. After going through the process, we finally got into Escrow but the buyer's agent started demanding too many things from us.
