We reached out to 3 realtors initially when we got serious about buying a house. Sunny was the only one who requested us to meet in person. He met with us for an hour and all we spoke about was what type of house and what our needs are. It showed us how much he cared about finding the right home for us. We have been house shopping for sometime now and Sunny helped us pick the home we love and now live in! He is patient and very responsive. Shailesh helped us find a good house in Pleasanton. We had a lot of conditions regarding location / schools / Single level etc. Shailesh managed to find one that met our requirements and was there for every step of the process. Using his negotiation skills he got us the house below the asking price even though there were higher bidders than us. All in all he is very professional and is highly recommended :-)
