Sunny understands the San Ramon market really well. What I really liked about him was the zero pressure sales strategy. Sunny helped me put bids on multiple properties before landing the house I really love. He never rushed me into any deals and made sure I was comfortable with my decisions. Sunny was my realtor when I purchased my first home in 2009. I started home hunting with him in 2008 end. He never pushed me to buy something for which I was resistant. Also, he never made me excessively overbid to close the deal. We looked at lot of homes and bid some homes , but it did not materialize. Around 2009 I found home which I liked and we gave offer and after some negotiations we got accepted. After that my loan agents were giving me hard time to fund the loan.
