Rambo was great. Dd push their service plan, but explained everything well. Also encouaraged for us to f/u online to verify prices.

In the world of open your wallet this company was a pleasant surprise. The initial service call was at no charge. The tech was very knowledgeable and straight forward. In our case his advice was to invest in a new unit rather than spend money on repair since the repair needed would just be one of many possible in the near future. I definitely will keep them on my contact list fin the future.
