Everything started well. Technician showed up early and very professional. They replaced the AC motor. However an hour later my house was not cooling off. The tech gave us his personal cell phone in case there were problems. We called and called, we were told the tech was on his way. That was a lie. Technician came unprepared. I had to supply a ladder as well as cleanup items. He wasnt familiar with the equipment he was using and had trouble operating it. The quote was an apparent ;bait and switch; tactic and the pricing was misleading.
Excellent service prompt arrival and repair, final quote was a bit over expectations, but seems to be what the market reflects for this repair.
