Very proficient.
I went through home advisors looking to repair the belly band and squirrel cage. I know the parts based on looking at the unit and having a new motor put on only 3 weeks prior. I received a call from Mike (office Mgr) I was told on Saturday. We talked and I ended up calling him back after others said they could not do it till Monday sometime. Everything started well. Technician showed up early and very professional. They replaced the AC motor. However an hour later my house was not cooling off. The tech gave us his personal cell phone in case there were problems. We called and called, we were told the tech was on his way. That was a lie. We finally got a hold of the tech who was on another job. The tech got back out to our house 4 hours later when the temperature inside the house was nearing 100 degrees. Technician came unprepared. I had to supply a ladder as well as cleanup items. He wasnt familiar with the equipment he was using and had trouble operating it. The quote was an apparent ;bait and switch; tactic and the pricing was misleading.
Excellent service prompt arrival and repair, final quote was a bit over expectations, but seems to be what the market reflects for this repair.
