Carl and Jesse came the next day after our initial contact. I appreciated that so much because it?s difficult to have my dryer out of use for long. Carl explained everything he did and gave me pointers to extend the life of my 15 year old Maytag dryer. He also said he would recommend not putting much more money into it, rather plan for a replacement in 2-3 years. I am very grateful for the service and care given by Valleywide Cooling and Carl and Jesse?s help. I can recommend them without reservation!

quality of the work is poor ....you guys come and do half of the work and leave and dpnt complete the job

The technician was great showed me the problem and advised me on the repair and what I need to do to keep the A/c Working great. Be aware that a 35.00 part cost me over 300.00. I guess that's why they can do the service call for 89.00. told the customer service that that is outrageous and was told she would check on that and get back to me. Guess What, no callback and no compensation

I was offered 100% maintenance check up but t all they did was check the blower motor they did not service the whole unit nor did they even look at the air.ducts.

They missed a leak in my heat pump which let all the Freon out. They returned and fixed the leak for free, but I still had to pay for the extra Freon that leaked out. That was 400 dollars I did not need to spend. Nice people, but an expensive mistake.
