unknown ValueGuard provided a home inspection. Mike thoroughly went through the outside and inside of the house. His report confirmed suspicions, but pointed to a disturbing issue. --- We decided to not proceed with the home purchase, due to the inspection report. --- Will use again, as we have already found a home, in need of repair. Will use ValueGuard's report to give to contractor as a guide. :)

I should have written this review a couple months ago and probable will have another review but better late than never. I set up home and termite inspections along with a radon test as a first time home buyer with ValueGuard. I was very impressed when talking with them on the phone to get an estimate and answer questions as this was my first inspection as well. I hired ValueGuard previously for another houseinspection for a deal thatthankfully didn't go through. I scheduled our appointment four days prior, then had to reschedule due to a snow storm. I called to reschedule on Tuesday (originally scheduled for Thursday) and they even offered to do it the very next day for me. Michael Kelley arrived on time and was very helpful and informative. We were told the inspection would take 2-2.5 hours for our 1100 sq foot home, but Mike spent almost 3.5-4 hours going through everything with a fine tooth comb. He was extremely thorough. Company was super easy to deal with, and office staff was able to answer all my questions. Brad (inspector) showed up early, wasverythorough. He reviewed each floor with us, and explained all the problems he found. Report wasready thenext day and was easily understandable. Brad from ValueGuard performed a home inspection, which lasted approximately 2 hrs.
