Inspector was on time. He was very patient with all of our questions and answered them well. He pointed out a lot of things we would never have noticed. He was very thorough despite the rain and even took a walk on the roof. Would definitely use them again. Home inspection

From the moment I contacted ValueGuard, it was wonderful experience. Shelly provided excellent customer service as she walked me through the process and scheduled the inspection. Home inspector thoroughly surveyed my soon-to-be new home for 2-2.5hrs. I feel as though he was informative and professional. I did notice one spot that Mike did not while in the basement. The ceiling has a small, rectangular hole where knob and tube wiring is lurking, but otherwise, the process alerted me to several serious issues, some cosmetic non issues, and a few things, as a home owner, I will have to address in due time.
