My original service rep was going on vacation which would delay servicing my vehicle. Fortunately, a back up rep was available and was able to get my vehicle serviced that day.
My service advisor was courteous and professional. listened to my concerns and promptly wrote up the service order. Vehicle was finished as promised.
Jesus took care of my software problem and replaced a part in the steering column.

Went in for a recall Dave was my service agent treated me as a friend. He explained what it was, He recognized it needed it's first oil oil change and a software update. He had me out in a hour and half, said he has my phone number and email and will keep in touch on the other recall.
