The battery was completely dead and Mr Hyde was quick to send roadside assistance in order to get it to the shop. The battery was replaced along with the oil change in a short time after that incident and the vehicle was back on the road sooner than expected. Thank you Mr. Hyde @ Van Chevrolet Your level of customer service is outstanding.
