Best Service I like the way I am treated from the time I walked on the lot I was greeted with a smile! I met the GSM he was very friendly and he packs a big smile! To go with the name Smiley! I bought a Buick and I am very happy with the service I will be coming back for a service check up and the appointment setter was very nice to call me today for a reminder.
Great service I had an excellent experience with this service department and they met all of my needs and wants and I would recommend this to anyone who owns a GM vehicle with any type of issues that they will ever have
It's the employees You can get your car serviced just about anywhere, we keep going back to Vans because of our service rep: John Morris. He always gets us in fast and knows us by name when we arrive. Job is done right the first time.
New car purchase The price of the new car was fair, however the initial price offered on my trade in was pretty insulting. Further negotiation did help me get a little better price for my trade in
Didn't need this My visit to Van Chevrolet was out of necessity.. I didn't want to go there but had no choice. My Equinox was giving me a hard time with engine dying mid-drive.. Thankfully I wasn't on the freeway when this happened!! I called On-Star to have them run a diagnostic, they got me in touch w/Chevy for help to have the issue resolved. I got my car early the next morning!
My representative was Tim Hodder He took really good care of me and my cars needs , I will recommend this place of business and my representative to all of my friends who need automotive services or possibly even a new car purchase in the future
