Oil Change and Routine Maintenance Adam Womboldt provided excellent customer service and care during my visit for oil change and routine check up. He addressed all issues and so far all maintenance appears to be have done correctly. Thanks you Adam and van Chevrolet.

Great service reps Your service representatives are all we, the customer, ever really sees. If our experience is pleasant, that's all we can really expect. That, and service results, i.e. was the "problem" fixed? I personally go far out of my way to return my car for service at Van Chevrolet rather than a local dealer. How far, about 61 miles; I live in Florence. Over the last couple of years, I've dealt with three different reps, and each and every time I've been completely satisfied by the service and attention I receive. ... read more

Repair work for my Chevy Camaro. I was pleased with the quality of the work and repair to my 2010 SS Camaro. My service adviser had given a loaner vehicle to me for the three days needed to repair my car at no cost to me. My adviser; Kevin Martin, kept me informed each day on the progress of the repair. I have trusted Kevin in the service of my 2008 Corvette and continue to use his services in the care of my SS Camaro.

Why go anywhere else for service? Honestly, I do not like the sales department of this dealership but the service department cannot be surpassed. Tim Hodder is the MAN of taking care of all of your serve needs! QUICK service, reasonably priced. Looks out for me. All you could ask for!

Tim took good care of my problems/issues I went in for a recall issue and mentioned a problem I had with road noise. Tim got to the bottom of the problem, check my extended warranty and took care of all in very little time and at no cost to me. Everyone there was pleasant and professional - it was a good visit/great experience. Keep up the good work!
