Great! We got swift and excellent service from this dealership. I would recommend doing business with Van Chevrolet. The showroom was great and they had a large inventory of cars.
Maintenance I received a friendly welcome, waited in a comfortable waiting area and enjoyed coffee and a doughnut. Service was fast and efficient. I will avail myself of their service again.
2016 Chevy Tahoe Service Excellent customer service. I scheduled same day service via a phone call. They were able to fit me in and my Tahoe was in and out same day for an oil change.

excellent customer service! Everyone we dealt with during the few hours we spent at the dealership went out of their way to expedite the transaction on a new lease. My husband has Parkinson's and we needed to get everything handled as quickly as posssible. They were very understanding and helped make us comfortable and feel like a priority customer. We left feeling very positive and happy with our new vehicle.
Oil change service This was my first engagement with this dealership. I scheduled service online, showed up prior to appointment and they accommodated me. I needed additional help with my vehicle and Alonzo had a tech specialist spend a few minutes educating me.
Kosta Agnos makes everything simple! When I call my service rep., Kosta, I know he'll take care of all aspects of my vehicle maintenance needs. It's a very comfortable feeling to know that he'll make it right for me.
Satisfied with my service but see below. Received the printout and reviewed when I got home and states check engine performance failed?? No explanation! Probably need a call to review the results from service advisor.
