My service was excellent!
Fun and Freindly experience.
The fuel injector was replaced. The fuel pump was replaced, both were covered on the extended warranty. Fuel made its way into engine. And hat wasn't covered under warranty so 90 plus tax.
I am giving this excellent rating only because of Kim Kloth who has consistently provided outstanding customer service. I have purchased three Cadillacs from Van and these purchases were because of Kim's commitment to quality customer care. When I was in for service I had what I perceived as a negative experience with the service manager, Craig Tegenkamp. Everything about the service actually went quite well, thanks. :-) Because I'm a big fan of the monorail, I hope Van Chevy will one day quit the auto business and build a network of monorails that go all throughout the city. :-)
Great service and friendly
Malik was very helpful and kept me up to date on the progress of the repair. The car was nice and clean when I picked it up.
Checked in for oil change and tire rotation. Service was performed and the vehicle was returned quickly.
I will never take my Cadillac anywhere other than Van Chevrolet Cadillac Subaru. After hitting a terrible pothole, the service and collision departments helped me to detect the damage to my car. I want to thank Kim Cloth and Malik Yousif, who eased my stress level in filing a claim which I have not had to do before! I trust them to make sure my Cadillac will be back to normal! Thanks for your continued service!!!
