I was treated well, but I do have a question. I asked what oil would be used and I was told semi-synthetic because it was as good as fully synthetic. My service report said fully synthetic was used. Which one was used, and did I pay for fully synthetic when semi-synthetic was used. I dont mind paying for the best service, but I would like to know what I actually got.

Very pleased with my service
Vehicle was serviced for oil change and tire rotation. A safety check was also performed. The service was completed in a timely fashion and price quotes for potential later scheduling were provided when I picked the vehicle up.
