In and out quickly. I made an appointment. Personnel were professional and courteous

Van Chevrolet is the dealer to go to in the northland for service. They always find a time to get me done and are quick. Perfect location. Big enough to offer perks like loaner and schedule openings. Service managers up front are awesome.

It was at Van Cadillac. Turned out to be a false alarm. My car was completely dead but started with a jump. The shop found that it started quickly and that the battery was very healthy. The theory is that the car was downloading a software update when I tried to start it, and everything went wrong. You should have seen the stored codes. We can all agree that such a thing should never happen, but it apparently did. I was well taken care of by the shop. No trouble since. Go figure
The service and staff were fast and friendly. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning for service and it was ready when I got off work, as promised.
