When I took my car in to the Van Collision Center I really didn't know what to expect but Rachel and the office staff were so friendly. Rachel was dedicated to keeping me informed on what was going on with my car two times a week. She has such a great interaction with her customers. Great personality and very professional. I was very pleased with the fast & friendly service I received from the Service Manager, the Service Tech that took care of my vehicle and the Porter that pulled my car around when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I appreciate that I was able to drop my car off on my way to work and it was ready for pickup on my way home from work on the same day!!!! Great people, friendly atmosphere and service done in a timely manor!!!!
