It was at Van Cadillac. Turned out to be a false alarm. My car was completely dead but started with a jump. The shop found that it started quickly and that the battery was very healthy. The theory is that the car was downloading a software update when I tried to start it, and everything went wrong. You should have seen the stored codes. We can all agree that such a thing should never happen, but it apparently did. I was well taken care of by the shop. No trouble since. Go figure

Had some concerns with inconsistent shifting. The problem was diagnosed, parts ordered and the work completed in less than 72 hours. Completely satisfied with the work and professionalism of the folks at Van and would highly recommend!
