I went to the service department of Van Chevrolet fully expecting to have my truck's rear shocks replaced ( I was told by three other car service outfits that one of the shocks was leaking.) The technician showed the service advisor the shocks which were both dry. No one tried to sell me shocks I didn't need that day. All I paid for was an oil change and lube. I was pleasantly surprised by all this. Kudos to Van Chevrolet!

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a general maintenance check. About an hour later, my vehicle had been serviced and I was heading home. They did a good job.

I must be really out of touch with reality to think that pluging a tire now costs over 50.00 to repair. and almost 2 hrs. I was waiting on my car to be repaired and happen to stop by Kims office and she said are you still waiting and i said yes. She pulled it up on her computer and saw the car was finished. we went out and sure enough it was and my rep of the day was just sitting at his desk, He never bothered to let me know the car was ready to go.
