SRX Service The service was great. The service writer was friendly, and had everything ready for us to drop off the vehicle and pick our vehicle up the following day. Kim Kloth was fantastic in helping us schedule the oil change, and the use of one of their loaner cars.

Van Cadillac service review I purchased my new 2013 XTS Cadillac from Van Cadillac and, in addition to regularly scheduled maintenance service, I have had several defective equipment issues resolved by Van Cadillac and exceptional service from Service Advisor Jarrett. The CUE screen cracked apparently from some heat issue and it was replaced; the driver's side exterior door handle malfunctioned and it was replaced (as well as the batteries in my key fobs); I had to have two rear end shocks replaced due to a creaking sound wh... read more

My service review. Mr. Throckmorton took really good care of us while we were there. Our service ran longer than usual because we were having an issue with one of our tires but Mr. Throckmorton updated us periodically on the status of our service. In addition, he made sure we were satisfied with the service done and he went above and beyond by taking off the price of our tire repair (we had a slow leak that wasn't found right away) because we had to wait for 2 1\2 hours for our service to be completed.
