New Car for Me. Did not feel pressured. Answered all of my questions. Made sure I was comfortable. Personable. All were friendly. They took the time I needed and worked with me. it was an adventure. Didn't feel like I wasn't good enough to be there. Gave me my space when needed. Great example of what Customer is suppose to be about.

2016 Impala Very prompt and courteous staff.. Trade in value was higher at Van than anywhere else in the KC area that we found. The vehicle that we were going to look at was warmed up and pulled in front for easy access.
