New Car Purchase I had a great experience with Van Chevrolet. It all started when my current 2011 Chevy Cruz became undriveable. Jarrett in the service department ALWAYS provides me with quick, efficient and honest service. He was able to get me in a loaner car at the end of a work day on a Friday, which was very important to me as a customer. Recall Inspection I was bringing my car in for a recall issues and the parts did have to be ordered so my next step is to call and make arrangements to have the repairs made. I am unsatisfied though during the inspection of the passenger seat recall they scratched the paint in the door well, which I did not see till yesterday. I am the only driver since the service and never open the passenger door but I did yesterday and saw the paint damage.
