Wonderful experience at Van Dealership Recently purchased a 2017 Malibu Premier and this marks the third new chevy purchased from Van Dealership over a seven period. Sales Technician Ricky Ward was very helpful in assisting with locating that particular vehicle I wanted to find and made the transaction a deal I couldn't refuse. I would recommend Ricky to anyone looking to get the best deal possible!

Service on Cadillac I took our Cadillac in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment for these services and waited. The service representative said I also needed to have an alignment done due to the mileage on our car. I was at the service garage at 7:30 am and at 10 am he informed me that the oil had been changed and tires rotated, but was unable to get the car in for alignment by the time I said I had to leave--no later than 10:30 am.

2017 Z71 Colorado Everyone was helpful and nice. I got a nice tour around the dealer. Everyone was so nice they made sure I had water to drink. The truck I purchased was all ready for a test drive and ready for me to purchase it. It was a great experience. Thank you.

Service visit My experience with the service team was positive, and they addressed my concerns. Previous experience with the sales staff was also great (in spite of the fact that I didn't purchase a vehicle). If you are looking for a Cadillac or Chevrolet, Van is worth a look.

New Car, first check up Took you car in for a check up. It is so easy and everyone is very helpful. I am not intimidated by the place, but feel that they are there for me. I was impressed with the process of checking my car in and picking it up. The customer service that Van provides is a model for other companies to follow.
