Jarrot and Kerry...top notch!! I was half way through a 13 hour drive when the transmission went out on our suburban. We landed at Van Chevrolet. I was met outside the service department by Kerry. I briefly told him what was going on with the vehicle and he jumped into action. Within 10 minutes Kerry and Jarrot had put in a phone call to enterprise to get us a rental car ASAP so we could get on the road. On top of that the rental place only had a tiny crossover available. Service on my 2017 Cadillac XT5 As always, Jarrett Rush, my Service Advisor approached my car before I turned off the motor. He is extremely courteous and addressed my only service issue with a smile. While I was waiting Tim Barney, my Salesman came over to make sure everything was going well with my XT5. Superb service,attention to detail,family feel Kim in customer service and Kyle in the service dept gave us quick, efficient and personal attention in our recent visit. Service was started the same day that I called. Due to the fact the part was not on site the truck was not fully repaired until the next day! Less than 24 hours! Every experience we have had with this vehicle has been positive. We have also worked with Jacob in service who is top notch as well! Thank You for prompt service and caring attitude, Kim and Kyle!
