XTS maintenance service Customer service manager Kim Kloth did an excellent job setting up my appointment quickly after I requested it. Service representative Jarratt Rash did a fine job having my XTS service in a timely and efficient manner.

Great first vehicle experience! This was my first car buying experience and I came to Van per referral from my grandparents. I worked with Chris Lamont and he made things sail extremely smooth! They worked my financing to be exactly what I needed my payment to be each month and didn't try to push a bunch of warranties on me, either. Chris wasn't out to make a quick buck off of me and really listened to my wants and needs. I definitely recommend anyone needing a new vehicle goes to see Chris!

Great experience! No high pressure or gimmicks We bought a new Cadillac XT5 from DON HUNDLEY. It was a great transaction - Not a car sales horror story. Straight forward, no high pressure or gimmicks. Their XT5 was priced great - We told them we wanted book value for our 2016 SRX - They said OK - We bought the car... That simple. Oil change and take care of my XTS Cadillac They started at the time arranged, Did everything and washed and cleaned my car also. Everything was perfect, could not ask for a better job.

Review Outstanding buying experience. Painless. Diana Freerksen was my salesperson and she is great. She called several times to make sure everything was OK and she also sent me a note congratulating me on the purchase of my Cadillac. It is a black 2014 XTS. It only had 3750 miles on it.
