The first employee that I dealt with in between getting the estimate and getting the car fixed was very rude when I asked about when the loaner car would be available. I had gone 2-3 weeks with not having any idea when I could take my car in after getting the estimate. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Most likely not. Was very bad all the way around. I thought I could trust the jeep repairing because it was a new car. If I was to do it again I would absolutely go to the original place the jeep was dropped off. 3 Star : Repair Quality Left water bottle and rag in the car when picked up. Carpet was all ripped out of place from when they repaired the body of the car. Never ever was getting calls on updates until I had to call and go through the system to get an update.
