Pleasant and friendly. Lou deserves all of those awards. An automobile accident that totaled our 2013 Sonata required us to find a replacement quickly. We were able to find a 2019 Sonata at your dealership which fits our needs and Lou Margetis was extremely helpful in explaining the features of the new model. We love Hyundai Sonatas and was determined to replace our wrecked one with a new one.
