First time customer in Dallas, Tx For some reason Mark's name is not on the list where it says, "Choose their name," but Mark was so helpful, patient, explained the process clearly and was very professional. We reached there at 2 pm and we were out just before 5:30 pm with our new car. We were interested in Sonata Limited only so that saved us lot of time, as we knew exactly what we were looking for. Van Hyundai dealership did not disappoint one bit. I... Van Hyundai dealership did not disappoint one bit. I dealt with Lou to buy my car and he worked with me on price and all the deals I wanted. He answered all my questions I asked, he also was NOT your typical pushy dealer. He did not pressure me into buying the car, he simply cut to the chase did not dance around with numbers he gave me a good offer to begin and made it even better at the end. I cannot say enough good things about Lou and this dealership.
