I know I needed a new car! But I could not bear the thought of parting with my 2005 Jaguar. I had looked at many dealers and drove many different cars in the process. All personnel at the dealership were very friendly and courteous. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and that our needs were met. We felt as though we made a very good purchase and that the dealership made the buying process streamlined.
Really professional and met my demands when talking $$. I would recommend this company to anyone. They made the transaction very smooth and explained the process so I can understand what's going on while I waited for feedback until Toyota of Grapevine which was the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO GO BUY ANYTHING! We went in expecting Van Hyundai to somehow back out of the verbal price agreed upon over the phone. They honored the price, were very polite and helpful in our car buying experience, something we had not had at a previous dealership in Austin.

On July 4, I spent several hours in another dealership getting the "run around" about price of the vehicle I wanted and about my trade amount before I went to Van Hyundai. This dealership has a very good procedure for new car sales. There was a discussion on what car we needed, the color, options etc.. Followed by a test drive. Then, came the price negotiation. Billy is the best car salesman that I had honor to work with. He was fast and to the point - knew exactly when a deal could be made. The experience was very present. We had shopped in other dealerships before we stopped at Van. Van is the best.
