I found this car that i was interested in on "autotrader.com" and called up the dealership where the car was. Mike Abelino answered the phone and was very friendly and courteous. When i told him that i don't have a vehicle to drive down to the dealership, he promptly offered to come and pick me up saying that a taxi ride would cost me a lot. Las personas que trabajan en este dealer son EXCEPCIONALES Y MUY AMIGABLES. Tuve una muy buena experiencia con el vendedor (Mike Avelino), el manager de internet (Waldo), la persona de finanzas (no recuerdo su nombre) y la persona de servicio (Jose). Si tengo una critica constructiva y es el la mejora del edificio. La verdad que muchas partes de edificio se encuentra en estado no muy bueno, y solamente hay un bano para todo el edificio. A mi entender necesita una renovacion urgente.
Van Hyundai was by far and away the best dealership experience I have ever had. Matt made the negotiation process quick and simple and Kennedy was great to work with in finance. Overall, this experience was the best I have had buying a new car and I did not come away from it feeling like I was taken advantage of. 10 out of 10, 5 stars!!!
I went to Van Hyundai one evening. I just wanted to see car's prices but dealer Van Pelt was very kind and he did his level best for me. And I was satisfied with his final offer. Santa Fe 2.0T is great car and now It's my first car in America.
Friendly and experienced staff. Always a pleasure to visit this dealership. Service Dept is wonderful and compliments the other areas with pride. This is our 4th Hyundai and would not own another brand of car. I know it is their job but the sales and finance department went out of their way to make us feel like part of the Hyundai family.. I had no intention of purchasing a car the night we came in. I dislike dealing with dealerships and salesmen over car purchases so when we pulled on the lot and were driving around looking at the new car models I was confident I would be driving home in my 2007 Santa Fe that I came in.
