My niece had previously purchased from Van Hyundia and raved about the service. My experience equaled her's. Everyone went out of their way to get me the car I wanted at the price I needed to be. I will definitely recomment Van Hyundia to anyone I know who is looking for a car.

Initial experience with Van Hyundai was good. Eddie Frazier was very friendly and helpful. Very thorough explaining the car I was purchasing, especially getting in the car with my husband and I before we left the dealership, explaining the mechanics. However, after my husband and I left the dealership, I ran into a major snag. We used my 2006 Sonata as a trade-in, getting the cash back in the deal, instead of applying it to the purchase of the new Sonata. I found Van Hyundai through the Costco auto buying program. I had initially tried to work with my local dealership but I was not satisfied with the deal they offered me. Eddie Frazier at Van Hyundai worked with me over phone and email to get everything in order for my purchase. He gave me every discount I qualified for and in the end, I was satisfied with the price. I had a 2003 Hyundai Sonata that I loved and never had a problem with but it was getting old and starting to look it. I have been putting off buying a new car for way too long because I was so dreading the car buying experience. Brad Dechent and the team at Van Hyundai not only was friendly, very knowledgeable but they actually made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend buying a Hyundai from Brad at Van Hyundai!! I wont wait 9 years to purchase next car just out of fear of car salesmen again!

Went to this dealership to take a look at a new Sonata and Tom Titus was the sales person I delt with the entire time. He showed me multiple vehicles that were in my price range and used no pressure at all in making a decision. After I test drove a few vehicles I left and did some research. Tom Chu is a fantastic salesman. Tom worked very closely with my husband I and made sure that I got what I wanted - car color and no sun roof. They worked very hard to make sure we got what we wanted - Hyundai Elantra Limited. My wife and I had several questions about the car and also how to go about getting one as we had never bought a new car before. We first visited the dealership about two years ago but at that time my job situation made it not the right time to buy a car. Now we have a new one and we love it.

Mr. Thomas Chu made sure that I was well-informed of everything and would patiently answer all of my questions, no matter how small. He was never rude or vague or showed any signs of discourteous manner in any way. My visit to the Hyundai dealership was a very pleasant experience, mainly thanks to Mr. Chu and the way he treated me as well as my parents who were with me.

Eddie was a great sales person, and the finance gentleman that helped me out was great too (his name slips my mind). I had a great experience overall at Van Hyundai!
