The process was a little lengthy but I understood why by the time I got to the end. However, the process was a little confusing until I spoke with someone at Vanderbilt. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a way that helped me understand what to expect or do next. I received an update quickly at each turn in the process that I could read over to understand more.
