the 2 ladies did a great job explaining the documents. this has been a great experience so far.
It was quite a long journey, but it was worth it, everyone was very kind and very helpful through the process. I just want to thank everyone for making my dream come true. I now have a place to call home.
Everything moved along great until our loan manager disappeared for 3 weeks. During that time nothing was done. We finally closed on Oct. 11, approximately 4 weeks later than scheduled. I'm not sure when we would have closed if I hadn't set a deadline of Sept. 30.

I had a great conversation with Abby and was able to make payment arrangements that took a lot of stress away. They understood my unexpected finance events and realized what a burden they caused to my finances. It was one of the " I don't want to answer the phone" situations. I went from dread to delighted in minutes. Thank you for working with me and showing me there are options for helping me out. They are looking out for their customer's. You don't have to avoid the phone call.
