Jeff was so nice and helped me in my time of need. I am not one to talk to anyone about my finances and I hate to call anyone and ask for help! I truly believe that Jeff is looking out for me and keeping my family and I in our home!!! I hope that Jeff will be the guy that I get to talk to next time I call for anything... Thank you Jeff and thank you Vanderbilt for keeping a roof over my kids head in these hard economic times!!!

I want to commend Josh, (Loan Specialist) he exuded exceptional customer service!!! I encountered an financial crisis and was unable to meet my monthly payment. I called VMF, and was reassured they had a solution. That they did without hesitation!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks, Josh, continue with the exceptional, compassionate customer skills. It is more important than the task at hand!!!!!!!!!
