I can't say enough good things about the representatives I spoke with. They went above and beyond to help me with my payments after I was layed off from my job. Jeff was so nice and helped me in my time of need. I am not one to talk to anyone about my finances and I hate to call anyone and ask for help! I want to commend Josh, (Loan Specialist) he exuded exceptional customer service!!! I encountered an financial crisis and was unable to meet my monthly payment. I called VMF, and was reassured they had a solution. That they did without hesitation!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks, Josh, continue with the exceptional, compassionate customer skills. It is more important than the task at hand!!!!!!!!!
