Fantastic experience. They explained everything perfectly and detailed. If I didn't understand they would make sure when they were done telling about it that I understood. Fantastic company and really are easy to work with. They are the best. I wouldn't wanted to use anyone else. I highly recommend them! Best place and people!
Vanderbilt employees were very professional and polite. The only complaint we had was the communication. There are several different people working on the loan process, so it can be difficult to know who to call with questions. It would have been much easier if you only had to deal with one primary contact person.
Most people dread talking to loan companies. Me included. However, Vanderbilt's stellar team of Matt Sullivan, Randy Thomas, and Jamie Simon made the process so easy, friendly, and professional. I'm a bit of a high maintenance borrower with a million questions, but Matt and Jamie always went above and beyond to answer all my questions in a timely manner.
