Kaci and her crew made the whole process very fast and simple. I have to say vanderbilt hands down by far out done themselves. They were a million times better to work with than any other company, I started out with 21st mortgage and changed my mind and I’m so happy I did.

The process was Somewhat stressful awaiting the final approval. Several conditional approvals were received prior to the final. Some delay in email and telephone response but I attribute it to the extreme increase in business. However, overall I was greatly satisfied. All staff were nice and friendly. I would certainly recommend them to others!!!!
