You did well. Loan processors got switched on us in the middle of the process and that was a headache with us trying to get him on the same page as us. But other than that we liked working with Steve Damron as he helped answer alot of questions and Andrew Wik at the end to get us to closing.

It was a very long adventure for me.I started of with my husband and I.I contracted covid 19 and had double pneumonia..I stayed in the hospital 2 weeks.My husband contracted it and was hospitalized. He passed away after 1 month in the hospital.The day he died I was called for us to close. They was so compassionate about my situation. They really worked with me to be able to get the loan.I was updated all the time.Your company has a great team.

Overall, pretty good but there were several times when one person was not talking to another person and folks did not know what someone else had done. Poor inter office communication
