My experience with taking my car in was great The work got done even sooner than was projected and I was given updates all along the way All of the staff that I interacted with were excellent, especially Taylor Jones, who was my direct contact I won't take my car anywhere else, thank you

They took great care of me and my vehicle. I utilized the concierge service, which was very easy to schedule. The that valet brought a loaner vehicle to my home were very friendly, and took my car to the dealership to receive service. The service advisor explained everything I needed over the phone and the ladies in the call center made sure I was ready and available before they brought it back. 10/10!!

The price listed was not the price they were selling for. They had added over $3000 in dealer upgrades, not included in the online price. Tires rotated, oil changed (should be standard on used cars). Nitrogen in the tires @ $249. They replaced the window tint. Their sales tactics were questionable too. We did buy the vehicle because it was exactly what we wanted. And they did basically deduct these "upgrades", which means we more or less paid their asking price, which I never do.
