I waited for 30 mins. before service advisor was reminded and realized I was there. Actual service performed was very good.
I was very pleased with the service provided. Hayley was very polite and professional. She explained the work that was going to be performed and was very accurate about how long the repair would take. When I asked her about a letter I had received from Acura about a possible issue with the torque converter on my car, she knew exactly what I was talking about. She didn't have to look it up on her computer.
So happy to see the waiting area has been upgraded! And our customer service rep was excellent - as always!
