Taylor was awesome ! courteous and efficient , He went the extras mile in all aspects of my service . Helped me know what was best for me to do for maintenance without pressure . I will always ask for him . The service that i get from Vandergriff is why I have only had 3 TLs and now 2 MDX in the last 23 years . thanks again for the quality service

Austin was an amazing salesman that helped me out through the whole thing. My only issue has to deal with me pointing out the headlight wasn't working right. I was told that they would keep the car for a few more days to do check up on it and fix whatever needed to be fixed. I didn't sign any documents when I brought up the issue with it. After signing the documents and upon receiving the vehicle I didn't notice it until a couple days after. I called and was told they weren't worried to fix it.

Service was GREAT! I had surgery while my car was being serviced. I couldn't pick it up so they delivered it to my home.
