This was just as simple as an Oil change and Tire Rotation. ...As of 2 -12 -2025 now my car was Rained into ....Not sure why but so I am waiting to hear what the Tech is saying about this ....and YES THIS IS A 2025 ACURA MDX I GOT IT IN NOVEMBER. I CAN AND WILL ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS BUT THE ANSWERS MIGHT BE DIFFERENT AFTER I GET THE ANSWER TO WHY MY CAR WAS RAINED INTO. ALL MY WINDOWS WERE CLOSED AND HAD NOT OPENED THE SUNROOF SINCE I GOT IT ....AND YES DOORS WERE CLOSED ON DRIVERS SIDE .

Excellent service adviser. Taylor Jones. Keeps customer well informed about what is needed and why, timeline etc. Only complaint about Vandergriff is lack of loaner cars. They need to know in advance and this is not always available when some other service is needed while at the dealer.

I had an overall positive experience buying my car at Vandergriff. I did an online inquiry and was immediately contacted by Jeremy I., the salesman. He went above and beyond in getting me a video of the inside of the car and other information. He was great to work with as was the sales manager, Tracy that we negotiated with on price. There were a couple of hiccups but it was about as pleasant as buying a car can be.
