I was asked to pay when the service was finished ( I thought) but I had to wait another 20 minutes b4 receiving my auto. At that time the service rep seared it was being washed. In the past whenever I paid after my car Was being serviced, it would be waiting for me to drive away from the dealership. A bit of inconvenience to wait the extra time. Ok

Our whole experience with Vandergriff Acura has been amazing...from the purchase of our vehicle and then working with our quick time frame, they had several people trying to get us in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible! We greatly appreciated that! Also, on the service side. They told us the time frame of how long it would take for an oil change and car wash and that's exactly the time it took. Loved the kids area to keep our 2-year-old entertained the entire time :)
