Everyone from Raymond to Oscar to Gary in service, they were all top notch! But I do not buy this truck from this dealership without the professionalism, expertise, and knowledge I received from Mr. Raymond Ellis. First, Marco Sharoupim was great. He was patient and mellow and gave me space and time to consider the options. My wife was at home with the kid, so I was having to text pictures to her, talk on the phone, etc. - and I had to call my brother as well - through all of this Marco was helpful and stuck with me though the entire process. Second, I had an appointment, but I showed up early. This did not phase the staff at all and I didn't have to wait even a moment to be helped.
I think that the entire team is excellent! I mean Madi took very good care of us and communicated to me each process because I’m a truck driver who couldn’t be there. She told me that she would get me the deal I wanted and she did! Jorge in finance was very nice, informative, and quick with getting us in and out. Happy customers with our weekend car

This dealership went above and beyond when I took my truck in for service. They made sure that my issue was resolved in a timely manner and kept me informed along the way during the process. The service department, to be more specific Billy, kept me informed and when there was any question or concern and made sure it was resolved quickly and fairly.
