very good service here. They accepted the appointment I made online. They arranged for me to get a ride back home while the car was being serviced. They finished in a reasonable amount of time and provided me with a ride back to the dealership. the cost was reasonable and laid out in a detailed receipt.

I was greeted with courtesy and a smile. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and Charlie Lewis fixed me right up. He extended his courtesy and helped me with a small dent that I received in a parking lot down the street. He called his PDR people and they took out the dent at no charge. I'm very appreciative of Charlie and the manager I spoke with. This customer service goes a long way with me.
