Appointment means nothing Arrived at 8:30 am for 9 am appointment for oil change. At 11:26 am they finally pulled my vehicle into the service bay. This will be a 4 hour wait for an oil change scheduled 1 week in advance. Pitiful experience. Repeat business is not a priority here.
Fooled for the last time My wife called April this morning concerning a recall letter that we received from GM. We were told by another advisor that they could not see the recall and that we'd have to pay a diagnostic fee. April rudely told my wife who was trying to explain the GM letter we received, "If someone told you have to pay the fee you have the pay the fee!" 3 hour oil change Scheduled an appointment in advance and was told it would take about an hour. Still waiting after three. Asked to speak with manager an hour ago, still have not heard from him.
Be Wary Polite people, but I would double check the accuracy of the information they provide. My family and I drove 90 minutes to look at a very specific vehicle I had been searching for. It turned out that it was a rather poorly modified car, trying to look like the edition I was searching for. Hopefully an uneducated buyer won't be hoodwinked! Terrible customer service Terrible customer service, I have purchased a part for my car that did not work out for me so I went to return the part & was told "I'm not going to return this for you" I asked why? & he told me "well because it says it in the receipt " I looked at the receipt, nowhere on there did it say it was non-returnable, in fact it says I have 90 days to return it, so I showed it to him & he just told me "I'm not going to return it!!" Train Wreck I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Avalon from Vandergriff Chevrolet. Once I drove it off the lots, and didn't have a salesman talking to me the entire time I was driving, I heard all kids of noises, and knew something was wrong with the car. General maintenance I had an oil change, tire rotations, air filter and supposedly a multi point inspection. Done on February 21, 2017. The person who assigned as my go to didnt know anything and could not answer any of the questions I asked. I don't think they even did the multipoint inspection that I paid for. I asked for a report and was denied one. They were only interested in trying to sell me services that my car manual said was not due and this time. I will not be going back there again. No heat I brought my car to your service center in February 2016 for service on my heater/air condition. The service cost's approximately $100 and it only lasted about 6 months. I had to return my vehicle to your service center hoping there was a warranty on the service. Instead I was told an actuator had to be replaced and I was charged $300 for the repair. I will prepare another review after 6 months to insure the car is actually repaired this time.
misleading prices We explored vehicles on the Internet and saw good pricing and availibity online per website. We inquired about a specific vehicle which an employee said was still available and would call us if sold. No call. Which prompted us to drive over two hours to purchase said vehicle. It was sold.
